Leadership & Strategic Oversight 

Lead overall project operations and provide direction to the Technical Manager (TM), Senior Project Manager (SPM), Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Discipline Managers for effective daily and planned activity execution.

 Steer the full project lifecycle—from mobilization, approvals, procurement coordination, execution, and monitoring, to testing, commissioning, and final handover.

 Act as the primary operational bridge between the Management and the project implementation teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, commercial strategies, and client expectations.

1. Planning, Scheduling & Progress Control

 Oversee project planning and compliance with contractual, technical, and statutory requirements through TM, PCM, and supporting functions.  Approve and review look-ahead schedules, critical path planning, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies before release to the execution team.

 Continuously monitor daily and monthly progress reports, quality KPIs, safety metrics,



and performance indicators to ensure timely intervention and corrective actions.

1. Execution Management

 Ensure project execution is progressing as planned, with optimized resource utilization, working closely with PM/CM/DM and in concurrence with the Management.  Review, validate, and respond to technical clarifications routed through the TM while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams for timely resolution.

 Ensure cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, QA/QC, HSE, and Finance) to maintain project continuity and resolve multi-disciplinary issues.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
