Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of Solar Rooftop, commercial & industrial projects.

- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.

- Monitor site activities, installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with the procurement and engineering teams for timely availability of materials.

- Prepare quotation for customers

- Prepare project progress reports and updates for management.

- Ensure smooth project handover and completion documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant discipline.

- Experience in Solar Rooftop or Renewable Energy EPC project execution preferred.

- Solid project planning, coordination, and team management skills.

- 5 to 10 years
