SVS Aqua Technologies LLP is seeking a Project & Proposal Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

The selected candidate will play a dual role, supporting both project execution and proposal engineering for municipal, industrial and environmental water treatment projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Coordination

- Coordinate ongoing water treatment and environmental projects from award to completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones and contractual deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications, technical requirements and project timelines.
- Track procurement, manufacturing, dispatch, installation and commissioning activities.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports and technical correspondence.
- Support site teams during execution and coordinate resolution of technical issues.

Proposal & Tender Engineering
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for government and private sector enquiries.
- Study tender documents, technical specifications and contractual conditions.
- Coordinate with OEMs,



vendors and internal departments for technical inputs and costing.
- Prepare BOQs, technical compliance statements and bid documentation.
- Assist in bid submissions through government e-procurement portals where required.
- Maintain records of ongoing tenders, proposals and project opportunities.

Preferred Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical or related Engineering disciplines.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 1–5 years of experience in project engineering, proposal engineering, tendering or water treatment projects.
- Fresh graduates with robust technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and government e-tendering portals will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for project meetings and site coordination whenever required.
