JUNIOR SITE MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEER

We' re looking for a young, sharp, and highly motivated engineer to work on a high-end luxury residential project in Neelankarai, Chennai.

Civil Engineering graduate?

Structural Engineering graduate?

Exceptional final-year engineering student?

You could be the person we' re looking for.

WHO WE ACTUALLY WANT?

Someone who walks onto a site and notices things.

Someone who asks Why are we doing it this way? Instead of blindly following instructions.

Someone who can chase a contractor, solve a problem, make 15 phone calls, find a supplier, check a drawing and still remember that the electrician promised to finish something by 4 pm.

You don’t need to know everything.

You need to be ridiculously good at figuring things out.

You need to be willing to learn, take ownership and figure things out.

YOUR MISSION

Get. Things. Done.

You’ll help

- Run and coordinate day-to-day activity on site
- Read and cross-check drawings
- Coordinate contractors, trades and suppliers
- Monitor workmanship and finishing quality
- Track deadlines and outstanding tasks
- Photograph and report site progress
- Identify problems before they become expensive problems
- Follow up relentlessly until tasks are actually finished

And occasionally you’ll need to ask:

“Why has nobody done this yet?”

Then make sure it gets done .

Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.

Experience Required: 0 years. Seriously.

If you’re brilliant, hungry and fresh out of university, we’d rather meet you than someone with 10 years of experience and zero fire.
