We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with strong knowledge of real estate project execution, site coordination and construction activities.

- 5–10 Years of Relevant Project Engineering Experience
- Relevant Real Estate Experience is Mandatory
- Strong Knowledge of Project Execution and Site Coordination
- Positive Understanding of Construction Activities and Site Progress
- Ability to Read and Understand Technical Drawings and Specifications
- Strong Knowledge of Quality Standards and Project Requirements
- Good Coordination and Communication Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Ability
- Ability to Monitor Project Timelines and Ensure Timely Execution
- Professional,



Responsible and Result-Oriented Approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day project and site activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress, quality and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
- Maintain proper project records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project quality and execution standards
- Provide regular updates on project progress to management
