Role Description The Project Engineer will oversee solar power projects from planning through commissioning in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This full time, on-site role includes designing and reviewing electrical layouts, preparing project plans, and coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery. Daily tasks involve supervising site activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolving technical issues.

The Project

Engineer will also manage documentation, prepare reports,



support cost estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement in project execution. The role requires regular field visits and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for solar system design, analysis, and implementation.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills for scheduling, resource coordination, and on-site execution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear interaction with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Experience in solar or power utilities projects, including site supervision and commissioning, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and basic CAD or design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work safely in office, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
