Position Overview

Road Shield Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee and streamline project activities across various infrastructure sites. The ideal candidate will serve as the central communication link between the head office, site teams, clients, and consultants, ensuring effective planning, execution, and progress tracking of all ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project planning and execution activities with site Project Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Ensure timely communication and reporting between site teams and head office

Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

Support the preparation of project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures

Identify potential risks or delays and facilitate corrective actions through collaboration with relevant teams

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for updates, approvals,



and issue resolution

Assist in the preparation of documentation including progress reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records

Facilitate alignment across multiple project sites and departments for streamlined execution

Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance across all operations

Key Competencies

Strong understanding of infrastructure project workflows, planning, and site coordination

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Project Planning tools)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
