An interior and home-improvement solutions business in East of Kailash, Delhi is hiring a Project Coordinator – Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes with 3–6 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing kitchen and wardrobe projects from site measurement and planning through installation and final handover, while coordinating with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, installation teams and management.

- Projects involving measurement, production coordination, installation and handover Key Responsibilities - Manage kitchen and wardrobe projects from initial site coordination through final handover.
- Review 2D drawings, elevations and 3D designs to understand project requirements and execution details.
- Conduct and verify site measurements before production.
- Coordinate with installation teams, vendors and subcontractors at project sites.
- Identify and resolve site, measurement, technical and installation issues.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams and management to support smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, material availability and installation progress.




- Conduct final inspections, close snag points and coordinate project handover.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate priorities across active sites.
- Ensure project requirements are communicated accurately between design, production and site teams.

Requirements - 3–6 years of relevant experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, interior or furniture projects.

- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe installation and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, elevations and 3D designs.
- Experience conducting and verifying site measurements.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills at project sites.
- Ability to coordinate installation teams, vendors and subcontractors independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate project activities.
- Good client-handling, communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D software, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Work Schedule

- Location: East of Kailash, Delhi
- Working Days: Tuesdays off ;

Rest of the days working (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
