About the Role
Within the Denied Operations Division, the Project Coordinator role acts as the central coordination point for the GNSS-Denied systems team, bridging complex hardware, software, and operational workstreams. This position involves more than task tracking; project rhythms are orchestrated, bottlenecks are proactively identified, dependencies are managed, and technical decisions and action items are driven to successful resolution. In high-stakes, multidisciplinary environments, complex project landscapes are transformed into clear, actionable progress, directly influencing the delivery of mission-critical technology.
Key Responsibilities

- Purchase Requests are raised; follow-ups on Purchase Orders, payments, long-lead items, and material deliveries are conducted with sourcing, supply chain,
and finance.
- Gate passes, e-Way Bills, and material movement are coordinated; daily administrative and logistical blockers are resolved.
- Stakeholder communications and workflow handoffs across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and leadership are coordinated.
- Project documentation repositories are maintained to ensure that design files, review records, test logs, and compliance documents adhere to version control and quality processes.

- Familiarity with Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, payment follow-ups, and material movement documentation
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize technical discussions into clear decisions and actions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to identify delays,
maintain accurate records, and escalate issues promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting robotics, aerospace, electronics, embedded systems, manufacturing, or other engineering development projects
- Familiarity with hardware and software development lifecycles, integration activities, and testing workflows
- Experience coordinating long-lead procurement, vendor follow-ups, and equipment or component movement
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems for procurement tracking and with gate pass and e-Way Bill processes
- Experience using Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms for controlled project documentation
- Familiarity with Agile practices, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and project reporting dashboards
- Exposure to quality management processes, document revision control, and audit preparation
- A relevant project management certification or formal training in project coordination
Performance Expectations
- Project schedules, JIRA boards, and action logs are kept up to date, ensuring clear ownership and early visibility into project delays.
- Procurement and logistics workflows are managed to support project timelines, and documentation is maintained in an audit-ready state in accordance with version control processes.
Working Hours
- Standard working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
