nOnlee Agency is growing! We craft custom, high-impact websites for startups, SMEs, and global brands. We are expanding our Rajkot team and looking for a proactive, sharp Project Coordinator to join us on-site to deliver flawless projects and build strong client relationships.

nWhat You'll Do

- Serve as the primary client contact from kickoff through launch.
n
- Partner with designers, developers, and QA teams to keep projects on track and within scope.
n
- Create and update project timelines, task boards, and reports using Asana or Trello.
n
- Translate client feedback and requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
n
- Host kickoff calls, weekly check-ins, and review sessions with global and Indian clients.
n
- Flag risks early, solve roadblocks fast, and assist with post-launch handovers.

nWhat We're Looking For

n
- Experience: 1–2 years in project coordination, client servicing,



or digital agencies.
n
- Location: On-site full-time at our Rajkot office.
n
- Language: Fluent spoken and written English.
n
- Tools: Comfort with project tools (Asana, Trello, Google Sheets).
n
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
n
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, Figma, or hosting.
n
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream or relevant certification.
