Frelit Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a solar energy company engaged in the manufacturing of on-grid solar inverters and EPC projects. We are looking for a Solar Project Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end project execution, from procurement and installation planning to quality checks, completion documentation, and service support.

Location:- Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement and coordination of project materials required for solar installation and project execution.
- Prepare installation plans and schedules based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with installers and installation teams for timely execution of projects.
- Allocate and coordinate manpower, materials, and resources required at the installation site.
- Follow up with installers regarding project progress, pending work, and completion timelines.
- Conduct quality checks (QC) of solar installations to ensure work is completed as per company standards.
- Identify installation issues, defects, or technical problems and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Prepare and maintain installation completion reports and other project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, installers, internal teams, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Attend service calls and customer complaints, identify the issue, and coordinate/execute the required solution.




- Ensure service issues are resolved within the required timeline and maintain proper service records.
- Follow up on pending installation, service, material, and payment-related project requirements where required.
- Maintain proper records of project status, installation reports, QC reports, and service activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time with proper quality and documentation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of solar rooftop/EPC project execution.
- Strong installation planning and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of solar installation materials and basic electrical systems.
- Valuable problem-solving and service-handling ability.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with installers and customers.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up on deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in Solar EPC / Rooftop Solar / Electrical Projects will be preferred.

Experience 1 years of experience in solar project coordination, EPC, installation, service, or electrical project execution.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
