Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator – Data Center Operations to join our Data Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of projects and operational activities within a data center environment. You will work alongside a energetic, cross-functional team coordinating between internal departments, external vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure all facility and infrastructure activities are completed safely and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:





- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, maintenance schedules, and infrastructure installations while maintaining accurate project plans, action trackers, and management dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to manage work permits, track dependencies, and ensure all work is completed within agreed timelines and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data center operational procedures, health and safety standards, security policies, and business continuity requirements throughout all project phases.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience working in data center operations, Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, facilities, engineering, or project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools, along with an understanding of change, incident, and risk management processes.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, project documentation, and monitoring project progress against agreed scopes, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (certifications such as Project Management Professional or Information Technology Infrastructure Library are advantageous).
