About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning through execution and ensuring that tasks, timelines, and deliverables are managed effectively.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, timely execution, and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and task assignments across teams.
- Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Identify delays, execution gaps, and project-related challenges and communicate them to the concerned team.




- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
- Maintain project records, trackers, and status updates for ongoing projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant project coordination or operations experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
