- Job Title: Project Coordinator

- Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

- Job Summary: Acts as the central operational hub driving seamless communication between site engineering teams, clients, procurement, factory production, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, track, and update detailed project schedules, material delivery trackers, and work-execution timelines.

- Act as the daily liaison between client project managers, main contractors, internal site engineers, and factory production units.

- Consolidate and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), site attendance, and work logs.

- Monitor site material requirements, process Indents/Requisitions, and ensure timely dispatch of glass units and fittings to avoid site downtime.

- Organize project kickoff meetings, track site clearance prerequisites, log variations, and maintain project document archives.

- Assist in organizing quality audits, safety compliance documents,



and hand-over documentation upon project completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven project coordination experience in construction, structural glazing, or interior fit-outs.

- Technical & Soft Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/AutoCAD (preferred), operational tracking, strong oral and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
