Role Description The Project Coordinator (Civil/Mechanical) will support day-to-day project activities for telecom infrastructure and related civil/mechanical works at the Indore location. This full-time, on-site role includes assisting in planning and scheduling project tasks, coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and vendors, and tracking progress against timelines and quality standards. The individual will help prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records, and support material requisition, site inspections, and basic compliance checks.

The role also involves resolving minor operational issues, escalating risks to project leadership, and ensuring that safety and company procedures are followed throughout project execution.

Qualifications

- Robust project coordination skills, including task tracking, documentation, and basic reporting.




- Knowledge of civil or mechanical engineering concepts relevant to construction, maintenance, and telecom infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate clearly with site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office or similar tools for spreadsheets, presentations, and project documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in construction, infrastructure, or telecom projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore, visit project locations, and follow safety and compliance guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
