Coordinate with Various Department i.e. Projects, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance tto collect project information and prepare periodic MIS reports. Responsible for tracking project progress, cash flows, milestones, procurement status, and critical project metrics for management and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project MIS, dashboards, and reports.
- Collect and consolidate project data from multiple departments.
- Track project milestones, timelines, cash flows, and procurement status.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of information.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
- Monitor long-lead items, project risks, and progress updates.
Required Skills:
- Robust MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office knowledge.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and basic financial data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting timelines
Preferred Background: EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Construction industry with experience in Project MIS or Project Coordination.
