Role: Project Associate – School & College Outreach

We are looking for a well-connected and field-oriented professional who can build institutional partnerships, mobilize students, and drive program implementation across schools and colleges.

KEY REQUIREMENT – EXISTING INSTITUTIONAL NETWORK

Candidates MUST have an existing and active network with educational institutions in the applied location.

5+ School Network

OR

10+ College / ITI / Polytechnic Network The candidate should have professional connections with Principals, School Management, College Management, Placement Officers, Faculty, or other institutional decision-makers and be comfortable leveraging these relationships for program outreach and onboarding.

Preferred locations: Bangalore | Lucknow | Delhi | Mumbai | Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, ITIs, and polytechnics.
- Leverage existing institutional networks to generate leads and onboard institutions.
- Pitch LLF's education, employability, skilling, and technology programs to institutional stakeholders.
- Conduct regular school and college visits for outreach and partnership development.
- Mobilize students and complete registrations and onboarding.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, orientations, and program activities.
- Coordinate with trainers, institutions, and internal teams for smooth program delivery.
- Drive student mobilization and participation targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with institutional stakeholders.
- Track registrations, attendance, implementation progress, and institutional engagement.




- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve field-level implementation challenges in coordination with internal teams.
- Travel within the assigned geography as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Social Work, Management, Humanities, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in:
- School/College Outreach
- Institutional Sales/Partnerships
- Program Implementation
- Student Mobilization
- Education/EdTech
- Skilling/Employability Programs
- NGO/CSR Projects
- Existing institutional network is mandatory.
- Candidates with proven experience in school/college onboarding and partnership development will be preferred.
- Willingness to undertake regular field travel is essential.
