Role Description The Project Assistant – Wastewater Treatments is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role supports project teams in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of wastewater treatment installation, including ETP/STP/RO/DM plants/Softener and related systems. Daily responsibilities include assisting with field data collection, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and supporting site visits and inspections.

Assistant helps ensure that treatment systems installed and operate efficiently, comply with environmental standards, and align with client requirements. The role may also involve preparing basic reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting in organizing training or awareness activities related to wastewater management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clients, site teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess active listening (Listen) skills to understand project needs, respond to concerns, and support problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of wastewater treatment processes (ETP/STP) or environmental management concepts is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCad and comfort with preparing reports , drawings and presentations is beneficial.
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement in wastewater treatment operations.
