We are seeking a versatile Operations & Community Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end operational flow and digital presence for our hygiene product line (https://www.trymili.com/). You will bridge production coordination, order dispatch, customer feedback management, and social media content planning to ensure seamless delivery and a strong brand connection with our community.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, track batch production schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and manage warehouse inventory counts to prevent stockouts.

- Dispatch & Fulfillment: Oversee daily order processing, prepare shipping manifests, coordinate with courier partners, and handle logistics tracking for timely customer delivery.

- Customer Support & Feedback: Respond to customer queries across email and direct messages, gather structured user feedback on product experience, and surface product improvement suggestions to the engineering team.

- Content Planning & Social Channels: Plan and maintain the content calendar for Instagram,



and LinkedIn; coordinate educational/brand posts with creators; and engage directly with the online community.

- Process Improvement: Standardize fulfillment workflows, track return rates, and create weekly operational metrics reports covering order fulfillment rates, customer satisfaction, and social engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Operations & Logistics: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, inventory tracking, or supply chain assistance (Shopify, ERP, or spreadsheet management).

- Communication & Community Management: Robust written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic tone appropriate for personal wellness products.

- Social Media Planning: Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Later, Canva) and content calendar creation.

- Problem-Solving & Organization: High attention to detail, capable of multitasking across physical operations and digital channels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
