Role Description The Project and MIS Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. This role is responsible for coordinating electrical turnkey projects, tracking project progress, and ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The coordinator will maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS), prepare reports and dashboards, and consolidate data from multiple sources to support decision-making.

Daily activities include liaising with project teams, vendors,



and clients; scheduling and monitoring project activities; documentation of project plans, status reports, and compliance records; and assisting in resource allocation and risk tracking. The role also involves supporting leadership with analytical insights, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to handle multiple projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Program Management and Analytical Skills to manage data, monitor performance, and generate meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and to prepare clear documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MIS/reporting tools, with the ability to work with spreadsheets, charts, and basic data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Management, or a related field; experience in electrical contracting, EPC, or industrial projects is an advantage.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site within the Greater Vadodara Area.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced project setting.
