About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of strategic technical programs across multiple teams, including engineering, product, design, and business units.

Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our company’s strategic objectives. You will act as a key liaison among cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills, enabling them to oversee complex initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in technical program or project management roles




- Current experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced product organizations with rapid release cycles (weekly or faster)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a bias for action
- Experience with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions
- Preferred: Prior experience at a payments/fintech company or ownership of billing/payment initiatives

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop comprehensive program plans, define key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution
- Manage project dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum
- Coordinate effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Business teams to facilitate smooth collaboration
- Lead release planning activities, ensuring high-quality and timely product deliveries




- Track program health using relevant metrics, generate reports, and communicate updates to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability
- Ensure that project execution remains aligned with strategic business priorities and customer impact
