Executive Summary The Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Elance Learning’s student engagement and events agenda, ensuring that every initiative strengthens student experience, campus culture, and organisational outcomes. This role is accountable for building a structured monthly and quarterly engagement calendar, aligning programmes with academic priorities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution. The successful candidate will bring strong ownership, execution discipline, creativity, and stakeholder-management capability to convert ideas into high-impact student programmes that enhance participation, satisfaction, and institutional engagement.

Strategic Responsibilities

- Design and manage a structured student engagement calendar aligned with academic, campus, and organisational priorities.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, competitions, celebrations, awareness programmes, and student-development initiatives.
- Develop new engagement formats based on student needs, institutional goals, and emerging learning trends.
- Coordinate with Academic, Campus, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure integrated event execution.
- Prepare event plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, execution checklists, and post-event review reports.
- Own end-to-end programme delivery from concept development and planning to execution, feedback collection,



and outcome analysis.
- Coordinate with external vendors, speakers, trainers, partners, and other stakeholders wherever required.
- Drive student participation through clear communication, timely coordination, and consistent follow-up.
- Monitor programme execution across campuses and ensure delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation including calendars, reports, photographs, participation records, feedback summaries, and management updates.

Ideal Candidate

Profile

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in student engagement, programme management, event management, academic operations, or campus activities.
- Solid planning, coordination, project management, and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple programmes independently while ensuring timely follow-up and quality delivery.
- Creative, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach to student engagement.
- Strong problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and accountability for deliverables.




- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and campus stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across campuses or locations, based on programme requirements.
