Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of new automotive interior programs from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative interior solutions that meet customer needs.

- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful program execution.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Job Requirements :

- 20-30 years of experience in automotive industry or related field (interior plastic).

- Robust understanding of Catia software for designing complex plastic parts.

- Proven track record in heading delivery of large-scale projects on time and within budget.
