About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to work with leading automobile manufacturers on AI, GenAI and digital transformation projects.

This is a customer-facing role connecting business, technology and project execution. You will understand customer requirements, coordinate with engineering teams, track delivery and ensure transparent communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with automotive customers to understand business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams.
- Coordinate with AI/ML, backend, frontend and other engineering teams.
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
- Create and maintain Gantt charts, RACI matrices, project trackers and weekly reports.
- Maintain clear documentation, meeting minutes, action items and process flows.
- Coordinate demos, prototypes, UAT and customer feedback.
- Proactively identify and escalate project risks.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

- BBA / MBA preferred. Graduates from other disciplines such as Engineering, BA, BCom, etc. are also welcome if they have relevant project management experience.
- 0–3 years of experience, preferably in project/program management, software or technology.




- Explicit and effective written and spoken English with good fluency.
- Ability to understand and converse in Hindi.
- Strong customer communication and coordination skills.
- Highly methodical with excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and work effectively with developers.
- Ability to create Gantt charts, RACI matrices, weekly reports and simple process flow diagrams.
- Ability to further the program, by identifying opportunities and discussing with the client and coordinating with the sales team

Good to Have

- Automotive industry experience or exposure.
- Software / technology background.
- Understanding of CMMI, compliance and software quality processes.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI and software development.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Zoho Sprints or similar platforms.
- Ability to use Vercel and Claude for rapid prototyping.
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma for presentations and visual communication.
