Oven Breads Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and capable Production Supervisor to manage and supervise our daily bakery production operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage daily production activities
- Manage and coordinate production staff
- Allocate daily duties and monitor employee performance
- Ensure production is completed according to the daily plan
- Check product quantity, quality, and production requirements
- Monitor staff attendance and discipline
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products
- Coordinate with the Delivery Team for timely product loading
- Report production issues, shortages, or delays to management
- Maintain daily production records and reports
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper workplace practices
- Support management in improving production efficiency
QUALIFICATION
Any Degree / Diploma
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good leadership and team-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage production staff
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work
- Previous bakery/food production experience will be an advantage
SALARY ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and suitability for the position.
