1. Handle the workers and complete the production process with in time limits.
2. Supervising the department.
3. Ensure proper printing / encoding of all customer orders.
4. Supervise and coordinate all activities of packaging staff in order to avoid errors.
5. Liaise with the store in charge and production supervisor for all orders to ensure accurate and timely despatch.
6. Proper maintenance and operation of all equipments.
