Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our Production & Manufacturing team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for E-SIM soldering, PCB soldering, electronic rework, field installation, servicing, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic devices used in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform E-SIM soldering, PCB soldering, and electronic component rework.
- Install and configure electronic devices at customer, vehicle, and field locations.
- Conduct testing, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
- Use soldering stations, multimeters, and other basic electronic testing tools.
- Identify and rectify basic wiring, hardware, connectivity, and installation issues.
- Ensure proper functioning and quality of installed devices.
- Maintain required service records, installation reports, and documentation.
- Complete assigned production and field service activities within the given timelines.
- Travel to customer, vehicle, and other field locations as required.
- Follow company safety standards, quality procedures, and work instructions.

Requirements

- E-SIM soldering experience is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in soldering, electronics assembly, repair, or field service is preferred.




- Experience in PCB soldering and electronic component rework.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring, and testing equipment.
- Ability to use a soldering station, multimeter, and basic hand tools.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech qualification preferred.
- Candidates from Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile backgrounds may apply.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work independently.
