Hiring: Production Supervisor/Manager (Pump Testing)
Role: Testing of Submersible Pumps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the pump testing rig and performance verification.
- Analyze data like flow, head, and power curves against technical specs.
- Ensure all units meet Quality & ISO standards before dispatch.
- Lead a team of technicians to meet daily production targets.
- Troubleshoot Electrical/mechanical/hydraulic issues during testing.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or higher.
- Experience: 2 -10 years experience in pump manufacturing or testing.
- Salary : Based on Experience
- Skills: Strong leadership and knowledge of products.
