– Production Supervisor (CNC Machining)

Position: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting CNC machines, including Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and CNC Turning Centers.

- Supervise and manage shop floor manpower to ensure optimum productivity and discipline.

- Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores to ensure smooth production flow.

- Monitor machine utilization, operator efficiency, and overall shift performance to achieve production targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in CNC machining operations, preferably in the aerospace or precision engineering industry.

- Positive knowledge of ERP systems, production planning, and manufacturing KPIs.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle production under tight delivery schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
