Education Diploma/Degree Mechanical.

- Must have knowledge and Experience of fabrication work (Sheet Metal & Tubular).
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans to meet changing customer requirements and market trends.
- Implement and maintain production control systems to track work-in-progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and present production reports highlighting performance metrics, capacity utilization, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production delays,



reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Recommend process improvements for high quality, cost effectiveness and excellent customer services.
- Have to supervise the working of Press & Assembly Shop for fabrication work.
- Handle the Team of 60 to 70 workers.
- Must be energetic and honest in work.
- Minimum have to 7+ years’ experience (preferred Furniture Industry )

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
