Job Summary
Meena Events is looking for a Production Intern with basic knowledge of event production who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in the events industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-ground event production and setup
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors and suppliers
- Assist with stage, sound, lighting and décor requirements
- Support venue setup and dismantling
- Follow event production timelines and requirements
- Assist with on-ground problem-solving during events
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of event production
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with on-ground work and extended event hours
- Willingness to travel to event venues when required
- Responsible, energetic and eager to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
