Role & responsibilities
Manage shift-wise production operations and achieve daily production targets.
- Handle manpower deployment, attendance and contract labour coordination.
- Monitor production, line efficiency, downtime, wastage and process deviations.
- Coordinate breakdown maintenance and ensure timely line restoration.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, manpower details.
- Ensure proper shift handover, housekeeping, 5S and workforce discipline.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions for productivity improvement.
