Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge – CNC to manage and monitor day-to-day CNC production activities. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, optimizing machine utilization, and managing the production team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily CNC production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Manage CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, VTL, etc.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, cycle time, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Planning, and Stores teams.
- Ensure proper production planning and manpower allocation.
- Monitor tooling, fixtures, cutting tools, and other production requirements.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks.
- Reduce machine downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
- Ensure components are produced according to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap and take corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports, machine records, and daily production data.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Lead, guide, and supervise CNC operators, setters, and other production staff.




- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and production processes.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Ability to handle production planning and manpower management.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in CNC production management.
- Experience in precision engineering / component manufacturing will be preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling the CNC production department.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
