We're Hiring! | Production Engineer

Hyderabad

We are looking for Production Engineers to join our Production team and play a hands-on role in driving safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.

If you enjoy being on the shop floor, solving process and machine-related problems, improving productivity and working closely with cross-functional teams, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day production operations and achieving production targets
- Improving OEE, productivity and cycle time
- Troubleshooting machine and process issues
- Driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinating with Quality, Maintenance and Planning/SCM
- Managing mould changeovers, line setups and machine restart activities
- Supporting new product trials and process validations
- Driving reduction in rejection, downtime and production losses
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety, 5S and GMP/GDP practices




- Maintaining production reports and operational documentation

What we're looking for:

- 2–6 years of experience in production/manufacturing
- Engineering/Diploma qualification in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering
- Hands-on knowledge of plastic processing – IM / IBM / EBM
- Understanding of machine parameters, moulds and tooling
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Exposure to ERP/SAP and production reporting
- Good working knowledge of Excel; Power BI exposure is an advantage
- Strong ownership, accountability and team orientation
