We ship 3 lac cups a month across 6 cities in India while manufacturing our sweets in Nasik The Role

Run the line. Deliver the daily production plan on time, on spec, at cost.

What you'll do

- Execute daily production schedule across sweets/mithai lines
- Manage manpower, machines, and material issue on the floor
- Track yields, wastage, and downtime; drive them in the right direction
- Coordinate with QC, stores, and dispatch for a smooth flow
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and 5S compliance every shift

You are

- Diploma/Degree in Food Tech / Production
- Preferably worked in an institutional kitchen/flight kitchen/food manufacturing company
- 2–4 yrs on a food production floor (sweets, dairy, bakery preferred)
- Comfortable managing 15–40 workers per shift
- Solutions-first mindset. Doesn't wait to be told.
