Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled freshers to join our Production Team. The selected candidates will be involved in assembly, testing, configuration, quality checking, and troubleshooting of telecom and communication products.
This role provides excellent exposure to real-time production operations, telecom technologies, hardware systems, and enterprise communication solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assemble and configure telecom and networking hardware products
- Perform product testing and quality verification
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and technical issues
- Support production activities and maintain process standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth production operations
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and production targets
- Support packaging and dispatch activities
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of electronics, hardware, networking, or communication systems
- Knowledge of soldering and component-level handling
- Hands-on experience in using electronic testing instruments such as:
- Multimeter
- DC Power Supply
- CRO (Cathode Ray Oscilloscope)
- Frequency Meter
- Other basic electronic measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of mechanical fitting, assembly, and unit integration activities
- Familiarity with hardware assembly and production processes
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Related technical disciplines
- 2025 / 2026 pass-out students can apply
