What You Will Do: Supervise and lead a team of 5–10 factory workers. Drive production targets while maintaining consistent product quality. Learn and manage manufacturing processes, shop-floor practices and quality standards. Identify problems, improve processes and coordinate with senior engineers. Develop practical skills in production management, quality and team leadership .

Who Can Apply:



First-class BE/B.Tech Engineering Graduates from a recognized institution. Male candidates only , passed out within the last 15 months . Genuine interest in building a career in core engineering/manufacturing .

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training & Career Path: Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of structured on-the-job training/probation , with hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations.
