Job Title: Production Engineer – Industrial Plastic Products (PP and PVDF Pipes, Rods, Fittings)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and optimize daily production processes for plastic products, including injection molding, extrusion, and compounding.​
- Oversee machine setups, process parameters, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and defects.​
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures, analyze defects, and drive corrective actions to meet industry standards.​
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (quality, maintenance, R&D;, supply chain) on new products, process improvements, and manufacturing efficiency.​
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), production reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.​
- Train and mentor shop-floor operators on equipment safety, process optimization, and best practices.​
- Manage production inventory, coordinate procurement of raw materials, and ensure traceability.​
- Conduct trials of new product formulations, optimize production parameters, and lead cost-saving initiatives.​




- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards, contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.​

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.​
- 2–5 years’ experience in industrial plastic manufacturing and fabrication (injection molding, extrusion, compounding, or related processes).​
- Strong knowledge of plastics materials, production technologies, and quality management systems.​
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting machines and optimizing plastic processing workflows.​
- Proficient in understanding AutoCAD drawings and Microsoft Office for documentation and process analysis.​
- Certifications in quality control or ISO systems are desirable.​
