Position: Engineer PPC

Job Summary: -

We are seeking a detail-oriented PPC Engineer to anchor our production planning and material control operations. You will manage master production schedules, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop-floor workflow sequencing. Your work will ensure that our high-pressure industrial valves are manufactured and delivered on time, strictly conforming to ISO 9001, API standards, and the stringent project milestones of global oil and gas giants such as ADNOC, ONGC, PDO, and Ranco.

MAGWEN Valves Private Limited, a 30-year-old company founded in Magdeburg, Germany, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering flow control solutions globally. The India facility, established in December 2017, has been the sole manufacturing site for the group since July 2020. Their product range includes innovative valve solutions for various industries.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

· Develop and monitor MPS and production schedules based on customer orders, priorities, capacity and delivery commitments.

· Manage MRP and material planning for castings, forgings, components and long-lead items to ensure uninterrupted production.

· Track project-wise production progress and milestones from raw material, machining and assembly to testing and dispatch.

· Coordinate TPI,



FAT and dispatch schedules for major Oil & Gas customers including ADNOC, ONGC, PDO and other global clients.

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering and Dispatch for smooth production flow.

· Monitor material availability, inventory, production bottlenecks and delivery timelines, taking timely corrective actions.

· Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, production reports, schedules and MIS.

· Ensure PPC activities comply with ISO 9001, API requirements and customer specifications.

· Monitor OTD, production achievement and schedule adherence to ensure timely project execution.

Qualification & Requirements:

· B.E./B.Tech. /Diploma – Mechanical

· 5–8 years of PPC experience, preferably in industrial valve manufacturing.

· Solid understanding of valve manufacturing processes, machining, assembly and testing.

· Experience in MPS, MRP, capacity planning, inventory control and production scheduling.

· Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

· Familiarity with API 6D, API 609, ISO 9001 and Oil & Gas project requirements.

· Exposure to ADNOC, ONGC, PDO, EPC or other major Oil & Gas projects will be preferred.

· Strong analytical, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
