Plant managers, operations directors, supply chain leads, and manufacturing strategy executives set overall production targets, capital expenditure budgets, plant expansion targets, and master production schedules /(MPS/).

- Shop/-Floor Execution Mastery/:



In/-depth practical understanding of shop/-floor routing, tool fixtures, material management systems, and manufacturing processes /(machining, assembly, fabrication, heat treatment, surface coating/). Lean Manufacturing &
- Process Optimisation Techniques/: Proven use of Lean technologies, such as SMED methodology, Takt Time calculation, Line Balancing, 5S workplace setup, Value Stream Mapping /(VSM/), and Poka/-Yoke design.
