FreshńDew™ is an emerging skincare brand building products specifically designed for the hard-water skincare problem in India.

We are currently moving from product development into manufacturing and commercial launch. This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder and get hands-on exposure to product manufacturing, supply chain, quality, vendor management and startup operations.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and execution-oriented intern to help manage the day-to-day production and operations function.

You will work closely with the Founder and external manufacturing partners to ensure that products move smoothly from purchase order → raw materials → production → quality checks → packaging → finished goods → dispatch.

This is not a desk-only internship. You will be expected to follow up, coordinate, solve problems and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

- Coordinate with contract manufacturers on production schedules and timelines.
- Track production orders from confirmation to completion.
- Follow up on raw material, packaging material and component availability.
- Maintain production trackers and highlight delays or risks proactively.
- Coordinate product samples, trial batches and production batches.
- Ensure agreed specifications and quantities are followed.

Quality & Documentation

- Coordinate with manufacturers and testing laboratories for required testing and reports.
- Maintain batch records, COAs, test reports and other production documentation.
- Track quality issues and ensure corrective actions are followed through.
- Maintain organised records of all production-related documents.

Packaging & Inventory

- Coordinate packaging material procurement and availability.
- Track finished goods and inventory levels.
- Coordinate inwarding, storage and dispatch of finished products.
- Maintain accurate inventory and production reconciliation.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging suppliers, testing labs,



logistics partners and other vendors.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, samples and deliveries.
- Maintain a vendor tracker with timelines, commitments and pending actions.
- Escalate delays or quality issues to the Founder immediately.

Operations

- Build and maintain simple operating processes and trackers.
- Prepare weekly production and operations updates.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions.
- Support the Founder on ad-hoc operational projects.

You should be

- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable following up repeatedly with vendors.
- Strong with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Proactive — you should identify problems before they become problems.
- Good at written and verbal communication.
- Willing to get into the details rather than simply delegate.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks with limited supervision.

You will be dealing with manufacturers, suppliers and multiple moving parts. Follow-up discipline, attention to detail and urgency are critical.
