Job Title: Product Trainer

Arihant Publications is looking for a Product Trainer to impart internal teams on our books and educational products. The candidate should be confident in product presentations, communication, and soft-skills training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on books, product features, USPs, target audience, and product knowledge.

- Train Sales, Marketing, and other relevant teams on new and existing products.

- Prepare training presentations and engaging learning material.

- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product knowledge sessions.

- Coordinate with Editorial, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for training requirements.

- Track training effectiveness and provide feedback.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in Product Training, Sales Training and L&D.;

- Experience in Publishing, Books, Education, or EdTech will be preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and soft skills.

- Strong product understanding and ability to explain products effectively.
