Product Marketing Manager – Anti-Slip Kraft Paper

About the Role

We are developing innovative anti-slip kraft paper and cargo-stabilization solutions for the packaging, logistics, manufacturing and export industries.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help develop and grow this product category in India and international markets.

This is a hands-on role combining product marketing, market research, customer development and business development .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of anti-slip kraft paper, coatings, GSM, COF (Coefficient of Friction) and pallet/load stability .
- Research target industries, applications, competitors and market opportunities.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential B2B customers, distributors and partners.
- Conduct customer discussions, product trials and demonstrations.
- Develop product positioning, presentations, datasheets, case studies and sales materials.
- Work with suppliers and the product development team to incorporate customer feedback and improve the product.
- Represent the product at exhibitions and industry events.




- Support business development across India and international markets .

What We Are Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, packaging, paper, coatings, logistics or industrial products .
- Strong communication, presentation and market-research skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their commercial value.
- Comfortable interacting with customers, suppliers and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits, trials and exhibitions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Experience in kraft paper, specialty paper, paper coatings, anti-slip products, slip sheets, palletization or cargo securing will be an advantage.

Work Model

Remote / Hybrid – The role can be based remotely, with regular virtual collaboration. Periodic travel will be required for customer meetings, product trials, supplier visits and exhibitions .
