Product Owner – AI Enablement

Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and highly communicative Product Owner to lead an AI Enablement initiative. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and technical execution, working closely with engineering, data, AI/ML, architecture, and business stakeholders to define and deliver AI capabilities and products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for AI enablement initiatives.
- Translate business needs and use cases into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical priorities .
- Partner closely with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, architects, developers, and enterprise stakeholders to drive delivery.
- Understand and communicate technical concepts involving Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, data platforms, cloud, and AI/ML services .
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness.
- Facilitate product discussions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.




- Coordinate dependencies across technical teams and ensure alignment between product strategy and implementation.
- Track product outcomes, adoption, quality, and business value; continuously refine priorities based on feedback and results.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role .
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI technologies .
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents/Agentic AI, APIs, cloud platforms, and data platforms .
- Solid experience translating complex business requirements into technical requirements and actionable user stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience and proficiency with product backlog and prioritization practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
