Product Marketing & Sales Specialist/Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and goal-driven Product Marketing & Sales Specialist/Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the education sector, preferably in promoting school-related products, EdTech solutions, or educational services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for school field visits, product promotion, client relationship building, and marketing activities to effectively position our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to schools and educational institutions for product promotion, lead generation, and business development.
- Identify and connect with potential schools/institutions within the assigned territory.
- Promote and market education products/services tailored for schools and students.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, school owners, coordinators, and management teams .
- Conduct product presentations, demos, meetings, and marketing campaigns at school/client locations.
- Follow up with schools and convert opportunities into business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to improve marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, content, product delivery, and post-sale support.
- Maintain regular reports of school visits,



leads, follow-ups, demos, and conversions .

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales in the education domain (school products, EdTech, learning materials, educational services, etc.).
- Willingness to travel regularly for school field visits within the assigned territory.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting school authorities and conducting product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with schools, school management, principals, coordinators, or education consultants .
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and campaign reporting.
- Prior experience in field marketing, school outreach, or EdTech sales will be an advantage.
