Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing &

- Market Research

- Assist in understanding Innovitis products, solutions, and value propositions.

- Support product marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback exercises.

- Assist in preparing product presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials.

- Support the creation of product-related content and communication materials.

AI Tools &

- Data Analysis

- Use AI tools to support market research, content creation, product analysis, and marketing productivity.

- Explore and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve marketing processes.

- Work extensively with MS Excel for data management, analysis, reporting, and tracking.

- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support data-driven marketing decisions.

Field Marketing &

- Customer Engagement

- Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, market outreach, and field marketing activities.

- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams for customer engagement initiatives.

- Travel frequently within Bangalore and to locations outside Bangalore as required.

- Gather customer feedback and market insights through field interactions.

- Support the team in identifying business opportunities and strengthening product awareness.

Reporting &

- Team Coordination

- Track marketing activities,



campaign performance, and customer interactions.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for the Product Marketing team.

- Support cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech qualification is mandatory.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship/project experience may apply.

- Strong interest in Product Marketing, Technology, FinTech, and Business Development.

- Strong knowledge of AI tools, with the ability to use them for research, content creation, and productivity.

- Good proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Working knowledge of Hindi is mandatory.

- Working knowledge of at least one South Indian language—Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam—is mandatory.

- Robust presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work from office 6 days a week in Bangalore.

- Comfortable with frequent travel within and outside Bangalore.

- Energetic, self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
