Experience: 2–4 years About STC STC is a Shopify Premier Partner with ~150 people across Noida and Bengaluru. We build and optimize Shopify/Shopify Plus stores and our own Shopify apps for global merchants. About The Role STC has built and launched 15+ Shopify apps for merchants globally. We are looking for a Product Manager to become the dedicated owner of our growing app portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product roadmap, backlog, and merchant feedback
- Manage app support, reviews, and merchant communication
- Write product specs and coordinate development, QA & releases
- Monitor app performance, installs, churn, and errors
- Improve Shopify App Store listings, content & SEO




- Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns
- Build partnerships across the Shopify ecosystem

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years in Product, Growth, Business Analysis, Founder's Office, Support, or a similar ownership-driven role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of ecommerce/SaaS
- Comfortable working with developers and international merchants
- Shopify experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Technical knowledge/coding is not required
