Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI-enabled product. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience along with practical exposure to AI/Generative AI technologies.

You will work closely with founders, customers, engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to identify opportunities, build MVPs, launch products, and continuously improve them based on customer feedback and data.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from concept to launch and scale.
- Drive 0-to-1 product development, including MVP definition, validation, launch, and iteration.
- Conduct customer discovery, user research, market analysis, and competitor research.
- Translate business and customer needs into transparent product requirements, features, and user stories.
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and market opportunity.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and AI/ML teams to deliver products.
- Identify and define opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
- Work with technical teams to evaluate AI use cases, feasibility, performance, cost, and user experience.
- Define and track product KPIs, adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business impact.




- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and progress to founders and senior stakeholders.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup/entrepreneurial environment.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in Product Management/Product Ownership.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner.
- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap management, product discovery, and execution.
- Proven experience launching products or major features from 0-to-1 / MVP to production.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product solutions.

AI / GenAI Experience

- Practical experience working on AI/GenAI-enabled products or AI-powered features.
- Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Conversational AI, or AI Automation.
- Ability to work effectively with AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Understanding of AI limitations, model evaluation, quality, cost, and business impact from a product perspective.

Good to Have

- Startup / early-stage product experience.
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, or platform products.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Technical background or strong understanding of software products.
