Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Product

Manager will guide products through the entire lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams, translating customer and market needs into clear product specifications, and prioritizing features using data and stakeholder input. The role involves monitoring product performance, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring alignment with business goals and manufacturing capabilities.

Manager will also coordinate cross-functional communication, prepare product documentation, and support sales and customer-facing teams with product knowledge and positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong product management capabilities, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, preferably in electrical or electronic products.
- Ability to conduct market and customer research, analyze data, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management practices, including prioritization, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Comfort with technical documentation, specifications, and basic understanding of product design and development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in product management are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
