Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in lead closure by providing technical and commercial support.

- Handle OEM accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Manage product portfolio including:

- Busbar Trunking

- Pumps – Building, HVAC, Firefighting, Hydropneumatic systems

- Electrical Switchgear – Electrical panels, ACB, MCCB, Control gears

- Provide technical presentations, product and solution design and prepare commercial proposals to clients.

- Ensure accurate commercial negotiations and support in tender/bid preparation.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders.

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

- Drive product positioning and assist in strategic growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).

- 5–8 years of experience in product management / technical sales support in pumps , Busbar trunkingor electrical switchgear industry.

- Strong knowledge of commercial and technical aspects of both product categories.

- Ability to interact with OEMs, consultants,



and contractors.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-driven, with robust problem-solving ability and customer orientation.

Competencies

- Technical expertise in pumps ,switchgear & Busbar trunking

- Commercial acumen for pricing, costing, and negotiations.

- Relationship management with OEMs and consultants and customers.

- Team collaboration and sales support.

- Market analysis and competitor tracking.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred).

- 5–8 years of experience in pumps or electrical switchgear industry.

- Strong technical and commercial understanding of both product categories.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage OEMs, consultants, and contractors effectively.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
